Manufacturing Process

Step-by-step food processing pipeline engineered for global safety compliance.

How We Work

From Farm to Export Container

We follow a strict, automated, and veterinary-supervised process to lock in freshness and ensure food safety.

Step 01

Raw Material Sourcing

We source our crops from trusted farms utilizing modern agricultural practices. Green bananas, apples, and fresh vegetables are harvested at maturity. Livestock is selected exclusively from pasture-fed, government-approved farms under strict veterinary observation.

Step 02

Sorting & Grading

Raw products are graded by size, color, maturity, and density using advanced color-sorting machines. Excess fats are trimmed from meats, and grains are sieved to remove husks, dust, and stones, leaving only premium kernels.

Step 03

Automated Cleaning

Grains and vegetables pass through automated hydro-scrubbers and air blowers to remove residual field dust and organic soil. Meats are processed under sterile, sanitizing sprays following Islamic Halal hygiene standards.

Step 04

Core Processing

Crops are milled into soft flours (stone mill) or granulated (semolina). Fruit juices undergo flash UHT pasteurization to render them sterile. Meats are sliced into portion steaks or minced (keema) by skilled butchers in temperature-regulated cutting chambers.

Step 05

Lab Quality Inspection

Every batch is tested in our in-house lab for pH, Brix level (juices), volatile oil content (spices), moisture content (flours), and microbial activity (meats). We verify that all parameters meet international food safety requirements.

Step 06

Hygienic Packaging

We utilize food-grade packaging to seal in freshness. Meats are vacuum packed in high-barrier pouches, flours in moisture-resistant bags, and juices in sterilized glass bottles and Tetra cartons.

Step 07

Blast Freezing & Storage

Meat products and fish steaks are blast frozen to a core temperature of -18°C. This stops cellular degeneration and locks in taste, then items are transferred immediately to cold storage rooms.

Step 08

Logistics & Dispatch

Cartons are loaded into pre-cooled, temperature-monitored refrigerated reefer containers or dry cargo trailers. GPS trackers and temp-loggers monitor transit conditions until final delivery.
